These data depict waypoints for Rockfish Conservation Areas (RCA) off the coast of California and are described in Title 50 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 660 Subpart C where waypoints at the 30 fm (55 m) through 150 fm (273 m) depth contours can be found at § 660.71 through § 660.73. The source of this feature is CSV files (version date 1/1/2025) downloaded from NOAA’s West Coast Groundfish Closed Areas website https://www.fisheries.noaa.gov/west-coast/sustainable-fisheries/west-coast-groundfish-closed-areas. This feature includes the 30, 40, 50, 100, and 150 fathom waypoints offshore of California and are grouped by Management Area.
