Data and Code for Adaptive Orbital Consensus (AOC) Framework Simulation

This dataset and its accompanying code provide the foundational data and simulation results for the paper \Adaptive Orbital Consensus: A Multi-Layer Blockchain Framework for Secure and Efficient Coordination in LEO Mega-Constellations.\ The purpose of this dataset is to enable the reproduction and verification of the key findings presented in the manuscript.
