A spatial survey of vegetation fine-scale and landscape-level impacts on resident animals at Panoche Hills, California in 2015.

Objectives To examine fine-scale and landscape-level spatial effects of vegetation on vertebrate species. Sampling The quadrats dataset were 10x10m quadrats to produce a spatial landscape-scale layer of the different variables to analyze the lizard transect data and the scat data from the dogs. This was a "landscape effect" that could impact lizard activity. The microsite was to test fine-scale factors that impacted lizard activity including the shrub removals. Metadata Metadata are provided in the associated .csv file. Panoche Hills is located in the Western Region of the San Joaquin Valley in California.
