Zhi Ciweipi Extract sequenced the tissues of mice with acute colitis induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and established an acute colitis model by intraperitoneal injection of LPS. The animals were randomly divided into three groups: control group, model group and treatment group. The possible mechanism of action was explored by analyzing the differentially expressed genes, GO analysis, KEGG analysis and immune infiltration analysis of the transcriptome sequencing data of each group.
