Grapevine Point Cloud Dataset Acquired via Terrestrial Laser Scanning at Multiple Phenological Stages

The dataset provides three-dimensional point clouds obtained by terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) for the structural monitoring of grapevines (Vitis vinifera L.) across nine distinct phenological stages, from April 2024 to January 2025. The data were collected in a vineyard plot in Vila Real, Portugal, in two rows of the Touriga Nacional and Viosinho varieties. Agronomic metrics such as leaf area index (measured before harvesting), grape yield (number of bunches, average weight per cluster, total production) and pruning biomass are provided, in addition to geographical coordinates of each grapevine. The TLS point cloud data were acquired with the Leica BLK360 G1 scanner, each file has been organised according to the BBCH code. Additionally, photogrammetric point clouds and orthorectified raster products from a flight campaign carried using two unmanned aerial vehicles (DJI P4 Multispectral and Mavic 3T) is also provided.
