The aim of the present experiments is to illustrate the cortical and sub-cortical dynamics underlying the natural-induced (sleep) and artificially-induced (anesthesia) conditions in the freely moving chronic implanted rat. The characterization of the transitions between states (Slow Oscillations, Slow Wave Sleep, REM, Awake, …) under these conditions is something that still needs to be further explore and the current dataset could help in that. The dataset contains the entire sessions for 3 different subjects, two of them belong to anesthesia (different concentrations of Ketamine + Medetomidine) and the other belongs to natural sleep.
