These are registers of discharges from the Colgate Palmolive Ward at Balmain Hospital. The ward was officially opened in April 1960. (1)For each patient, the following information is generally recorded: dates admitted and discharged, name, address, medical record number, doctor (HMO/VMO) and diagnosis.
