a-ketoglutarate:ferredoxin oxidoreductase, ATP-dependent citrate lyase, fumarate reductase, and succinate dehydrogenase from Chlorobaculum tepidum strain TLS was cloned into a plasmid, pGETS-KAFS, and expressed in Escherichia coli JM109. This strain can use CO2 as an additional carbon source to growth under anaerobic respiration conditions. The transcription level of this strain and vector control strain were analyzed for investigation the transcription differences.
