GWAS results using the All of Us (CDRv7, Controlled Tier) data for 11 traits based on n~30,000 African Americans, and n~28,000 Hispanics. The sample size (number of subjects with phenotype and genotype data) varied between traits. For each GWAS, the association between pre-adjusted phenotypes and variants was assessed using a (one-variant-at-a-time) least squares regression. These analyses were done using the BGData R-package.
