Valescure chemistry and water isotopes during HyMeX EOP

The Valescure catchment has been instrumented for chemistry and stable isotopes of the rain, soil water and stream water. Available data are physico-chemical parameters, water stable isotopes, total organic carbon, trace elements.<br />

Observing strategy: <br />
Stream and spring waters were sampled regularly during the study period (October 2011 to December 2014) for all chemical and physico-chemical analyses. In addition, rainfall at Chateau, stream waters at Valescure Aval and Cartaou stations were sampled at high frequency (time-steps of 1 to 4 hours) during flood events with 24-position automatic samplers equipped with 1L pre-cleaned plastic bottles. Tensionic lysimeters (SDEC, France) were used to measure soil pore water isotopic composition between precipitation events during the SOP 2013 and 2014. <br />

The data are spread in several sheets within an Excel file, as follows :<br />
sheets Valescure aval, Valescure amont, Cartaou, Bastide, Source Chateau contain all the results of the analysis of the stream water regular sampling as well as the flood sampling<br />
sheet Pluie Chateau contains the analysis of the rain amounts either at large time step (15 days-1 month, sample PFS)and at small time step (1-4h)<br />
sheet Tensionic contains the soil water sampling during SOP 2013 and SOP 2014
