This dataset collects and statistically analyzes overdue maintenance data of different elevator maintenance units in Dalian City, aiming to evaluate the work quality of each maintenance unit, assist units in optimizing the allocation of safety management personnel, enable local regulatory authorities to interview maintenance units rated as "warning", strengthen supervision, increase the frequency and content of daily maintenance, reduce elevator safety hazards, and provide data support for relevant personnel in charge of relevant links when considering cooperation plans.

1. Data Collection: Collect data related to overdue maintenance situations of elevators under different elevator maintenance units in Dalian City via elevator Internet of Things (IoT) devices and alarm receiving platforms.
2. Data Processing: Clean, analyze, organize and otherwise process the collected raw data to obtain required data including: maintenance unit, statistical time, region, maintenance type, number of overdue maintenance elevators, and number of involved communities.
3. Data Calculation:
- Proportion of overdue maintenance elevators for a single unit = Total number of overdue maintenance elevators of the unit throughout the year / Total number of overdue maintenance elevators in Dalian City throughout the year
- Proportion of involved communities for overdue maintenance of a single unit = Total number of communities involved in overdue maintenance of the unit throughout the year / Total number of communities involved in overdue maintenance in Dalian City throughout the year
Sample data display: Demonstrates the relevant situation of one maintenance unit. The data package contains records of multiple maintenance units, with the unit name represented in the form of "(unit name)" in the data fields.
4. Early-warning Evaluation: Adopt the IF function to conduct graded evaluation on algorithm results:
- For the proportion of overdue maintenance elevators: IF [0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1], assign evaluation A as "+"; IF [proportion > 0.1], assign evaluation A as "-".
- For the proportion of involved communities: IF [0 ≤ proportion ≤ 0.1], assign evaluation B as "+"; IF [proportion > 0.1], assign evaluation B as "-".
- The overall unit evaluation is "qualified" only when both evaluation A and evaluation B are "+"; otherwise the evaluation result is "warning". Regulatory authorities will conduct interviews with maintenance units rated as "warning", strengthen supervision, increase the frequency and content of daily maintenance, so as to reduce elevator safety hazards.
