Single cell RNA seq of mouse bladder and bladder assembloids

To investigate whether the bladder assembloids recapitulate cell compositions, in addition to the gene expression patterns of each cell type in the adult bladder, we performed single-cell RNA-seq of bladder assembloids and mouse adult bladders, and compared the transcriptional profiles between them at the single-cell level. Overall design: Mouse bladders from C57BL/6 mice (a pool of 8 bladders), 1-day bladder assembloids (a pool of 3 assembloids), and 7-days bladder assembloid (a pool of 3 assembloids) were analyzed by single-cell RNA-seq.
