2024 -- Zhang, Livi et al, Cell Rep

This dataset is related to the paper by Zhang et al, "The representation of decision variables in orbitofrontal cortex is longitudinally stable", published Cell Reports (2024). Using 2P calcium imaging, we recorded the activity of neurons in orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) while mice performed an economic choice task. Recordings continued for up to 40 weeks. We attach here two folders that include (1) pre-processed imaging data (processed with CaImAn) and (2) the Matlab code we used to analyze the data. In each folder, there is a "readme" file that explains the data structure and code used for different analyses presented in the paper.
