Gene expression change in the liver of connexin dominant negative transgenic (Tg) and wild-type (Wt) rats fed methionine-choline deficient diet (MCDD) or MCDD with luteolin for 12 weeks. Overall design: Cx32 dominant negative transgenic rats and wild-type rats at 10 weeks of age were given an intraperitoneal injection of diethylnitrosamine and fed MCDD or MCDD with luteolin for 12 weeks.
