we further explored the impact of WASp on TCR diversity of different memory T cell subsets in WAS chimeric mice by unique molecular identifiers quantitative high throughput sequencing technology. Our data indicated that WASp deficiency had more impact on the TCR variety of CD4TEM cells than that of CD8TCM cells. Moreover, the limitation on the TCR diversity of CD4 TEM cells and CD8TCM cells in WAS is not severe but intrinsic. It provides valuable information for unraveling the role of WASp in the TCR recombination process.
