MARAG: Code, Conflict-Injected HotpotQA Data and Results for Multi-Agent RAG Conflict Resolution

Adds Experiment 1 (n = 1,000) alongside Experiment 2 in separate experiment1/ and experiment2/ folders, with Experiment 1's code, datasets, results, judge outputs, retained calibration files and the 96 hand-labelled annotation items. Corrects the Experiment 1 threshold note: the retained threshold file was not in force during the run (the logged rows match the 0.5 fallback in conditions.py).
