Grain amaranth genes coding for an RNA-binding and a small, unknown function protein, respectively, enhance thermotolerance when overexpressed in Arabidopsis thaliana

Two genes coding for an RNA-binding and a small, unknown function protein overexpressed in Arabidopsis thaliana were studied. RNA-Seq experiments were performed with leaves from each line at 5 different times. Additionally, samples of leaves from two lines were evaluated. The data set is comprised by 30 samples. Overall design: Transcriptomes analysis to define the thermotolerance of A. thaliana plants overexpressing an unknown function RNA binding protein from grain amaranth.
