Short non-coding RNAs are involved in various biological processes in plants. The development of siliques is closely related to agricultural production. Here we selected our own Brassica napus F1 generation variety 18-1, which is hybrid from two homozygous conventional varieties 95 and 257. The silique samples were collected on the 1, 7, 15, 22, 29, 36, 45 days after flower (DAF). Seeds samples were collected on the 15, 22, 29 DAF. 15-40 nt short RNAs are sequenced using BGISEQ-500. The average data of each sample is 29.79M.
