随着汽车工业的发展,车用燃料的消耗量与日俱增。汽车尾气中污染物的排放量越来越大,造成的大气污染问题也越来越严重,引起了世界各国的普遍关注。为了实施可持续发展战略和保护环境,必须提出从源头解决汽车尾气污染问题的措施,即为汽车提供低烯烃、低芳烃、低苯和低硫汽油。为此,中石化石油化工科学研究院开创性地开发了多产异构烷烃的催化裂化工艺(简称MIP)技术。MIP工艺是从催化裂化过程的化学反应机理出发,独创性地提出了裂化和转化(异构化、氢转移、烷基化)两个反应区的新概念,由此设计出具有两个反应区的串联提升管新型反应器,并形成了相应的工程技术。从理论到实践,用工艺技术手段在促进重油裂化基础上,有效的降低了催化裂化汽油的烯烃含量,增加了异构烷烃含量,并使汽油中的硫含量有所降低。围绕该技术先后申请了25项中国和外国发明专利,其中美国发明专利3项,欧洲发明专利2项,日本发明专利2项。已获中国发明专利授权20项,美国发明专利授权1项,日本发明专利授权1项,形成了具有我国自主知识产权的成套工艺技术,实现了大规模的工业应用,支撑了我国60%以上的车用清洁汽油的生产。成果荣获2004年度国家科技进步二等奖。 本数据集总结了MIP技术开发过程10公斤/小时中型试验装置、两套140万吨/年催化裂化工业装置运转数据。

With the development of the automotive industry, the consumption of vehicle fuels has been increasing year by year. The emissions of pollutants from vehicle exhaust have grown rapidly, leading to increasingly severe air pollution issues that have drawn widespread attention from countries worldwide. To implement the sustainable development strategy and protect the environment, measures to resolve vehicle exhaust pollution at the source must be proposed, namely supplying gasoline with low olefin, low aromatic hydrocarbon, low benzene and low sulfur content for automobiles. To this end, the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP) under Sinopec pioneered the development of the catalytic cracking process for high yield of isoparaffins (referred to as MIP technology). Starting from the chemical reaction mechanism of the catalytic cracking process, MIP technology originally put forward the new concept of two reaction zones: cracking and conversion (including isomerization, hydrogen transfer and alkylation). Based on this, a novel series-connected riser reactor with two reaction zones was designed, and the corresponding engineering technology was developed. From theory to practice, through process technological means on the basis of promoting heavy oil cracking, the olefin content in catalytic cracking gasoline has been effectively reduced, the isoparaffin content has been increased, and the sulfur content in gasoline has also been lowered to a certain extent. A total of 25 Chinese and foreign invention patents have been filed for this technology, including 3 U.S. invention patents, 2 European invention patents and 2 Japanese invention patents. Among them, 20 Chinese invention patents, 1 U.S. invention patent and 1 Japanese invention patent have been granted. A complete set of process technologies with China's independent intellectual property rights has been formed, which has been applied on a large scale industrially, supporting the production of more than 60% of China's clean gasoline for vehicles. This achievement won the Second Class Prize of the National Award for Scientific and Technological Progress in 2004. This dataset summarizes the operation data of a 10 kg/h pilot-scale test unit and two 1.4 million tons/year catalytic cracking industrial units during the development of MIP technology.
