Single nuclei transcriptomic profiling of human astrocytes and oligodendrocytes in Alzheimer's disease II

Single nuclei RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) dataset characterizing nuclei from a putative astrocyte enrichment method: SOX9-positive sorting. Overall design: As a pilot to test this putative astrocyte enrichment method, nuclei were isolated from human post-mortem prefrontal cortex from 5 donors (NS patients = 3, AD patients = 2). Sorted SOX9-positive and SOX-negative were prepared for snRNA-seq using Single Cell 3' Gene Expression kit v3 (10x Chromium). Generated snRNA-seq libraries were sequenced using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
