Resequencing information concerning the FUSCC-PCMC breast cancer mutation

Significant advances in next-generation sequencing technology permit the widespread use of sequencing as a clinical tool. Using the Fudan-BC panel, we carried out a large-scale prospective clinical sequencing programme and extensively analysed the genomic features of Chinese breast cancer. This cohort includes 4,079 consecutive Chinese patients who were treated at the Department of Breast Surgery at the Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center (FUSCC) between 1 April 2018 and 1 June 2021. This submission included data regarding the resequencing of 40 tumour samples.
