Gut microbiota of mice orally administered with Brevibacterium linens. mouse gut metagenome

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Brevibacterium linens, which grows on the surface of washed-type cheese, on the gut environment. Brevibacterium linens was orally administered to mice, and after collecting cecal contents, metagenomic analysis based on 16S rRNA was performed.
