Leveraging the payment and marketing data of users in East China from the Huiliu Platform, we can construct an accurate WeChat campaign effectiveness model to support personalized marketing strategies for B2C enterprises. By analyzing key metrics such as campaign types, face value ranges, and redemption rates, we can gain insights into the demand and response patterns of users across different regions towards specific price points. The ultimate goal is to provide customized marketing solutions for B2C enterprises through data insights, thereby improving user engagement and conversion rates, gaining a competitive edge in the market, and achieving business growth. Data Extraction and Processing: We conduct batch reading and analysis on the collected data, which includes key indicators such as user unique identifiers (e.g., user ID), active time, permanent residential province, and campaign participation frequency. We perform structured processing on data tables using SQL or other query languages, clean incomplete or abnormal values, and standardize field formats. Campaign Statistics: We perform cluster analysis based on different campaign types and the face values of campaign products, and calculate their redemption rates. Profile Construction and Application Scenarios: Based on the above analysis, we generate detailed campaign profiles. These profiles can be used to enhance the personalization of marketing strategies, optimize recommendation systems, and predict future consumer behaviors, thereby improving user experience and business efficiency.
