Gene expression profile of Epiblast stem cells. Mus musculus

To characterize the EpiSCs (Epiblast stem cells) we established in our lab, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling as a platform to distinguish the EpiSCs (primed state) from ES cells (naïve state). Overall design: Gene expression of the EpiSCs established in our laboratory was examined using microarray, confirming our EpiSCs have identical characteristics to the previous reported EpiSCs (Sumi T et al, PLoS One. 2013 May 14;8(5):e63378.,; Brons IG et al.
