Supplementary File S2 from Pan-Cancer Drivers Are Recurrent Transcriptional Regulatory Heterogeneities in Early-Stage Luminal Breast Cancer

Summary of somatic mutations organized by somatic variant and UVABC case. For each variant, the classification is reported along with the HGVSp substitution, and predicted effect by SIFT and PolyPhen where appropriate. Read counts for the alternate allele (t_alt_count) are included with the total read count (t_depth) that together estimate the variant allele frequency (VAF). Luminal breast cancer driver genes are highlighted.
