The Excel file contains the experimental results obtained in the characterization and exploitation of a 7-GHz tunable VCSEL. In particular, the laser behavior in function of bias current, MEMS current and temperature is reported both in terms of emitted optical power and emission wavelength. Moreover, the performance of a 8-GHz DMT modulation with and without vestigial sideband filtering on up to 40 km of SMF is reported.
