Velocity fields and analysis methods for "How pore-scale disorder controls fluid stretching in porous media"

This repository includes (1) Experimentlly-obtained and divergence-corrected velocity and shear rate fields from particle tracking velocimetry in epsilon-type models of different disorder levels; (2) Python code for the tracking of particles and line refinement by the advective strip method of Meunier et al; (3) Pytorch-based scripts used to perform the divergence correction on the velocity fields.
