Sidewalk Inventory MPO

This sidewalk centerline layer was originally created as part of a Safe-Routes to School project. It is currently cooperatively maintained by a few jurisdictions within Franklin County and by MORPC. It shows existing sidewalks, marked and unmarked crosswalks and where there is no sidewalk along roads with public right of way. Some additional sidewalks not along roads may have been added but they are not comprehensive. The regional bikeway file can supplement multi-use paths and trials that may be missing from sidewalk layer.本人行道中心线图层最初为「学校安全通行」（Safe-Routes to School）项目的组成部分。目前由富兰克林县境内的若干行政辖区与MORPC共同维护。该图层展示了已建人行道、带标记及无标记的人行横道，以及公共通行权道路上未铺设人行道的路段。部分未依附道路的额外人行道虽可能已被纳入，但覆盖范围并不全面。区域自行车道数据集可补充本人行道图层中缺失的多用途步道与骑行小径。
