Raw PIV footage from: Experimental Validation of Large Eddy Simulation as a Benchmark for Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes Flow Modeling in a Magnetically Levitated Blood Pump

This data set contains the raw footage from the experimental setup used in the publication "Experimental Validation of Large Eddy Simulation as a Benchmark for Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes Flow Modeling in a Magnetically Levitated Blood Pump". The first set contains the footage used to reconstruct the impeller motion, without any tracer particles and with a wider field of view. The second set contains the footage used for the PIV reconstruction of the velocity fields. Additionally, a guideline is provided to transform the image coordinates into the global reference system used in the publication. All footage was recorded with a frame rate of 10 000 frames per second. The accompanying CFD data sets for the uRANS and LES data can be found under 10.5281/zenodo.14034947 and 10.5281/zenodo.14035245 respectively.
