MPG_Ranch_16S_amplicon_data

16S amplicon data from soil study at MPG Ranch. Dates in file names denote sequencing runs at Argonne National Lab. Files beginning with R1 are forward read files (raw fastq files) and files beginning with I1 are index sequences. Concatenate the R1 and I1 files with the same date (in alphabetical order) prior to demultiplexing. Mapping files with barcodes are also included (text files). Dates in mapping file correspond to dates in sequence files. Demultiplex each sequencing run (date) seperately. Full metadata mapping file for all samples is also included.
