Expression data from Wild-type (WT) and Astrocyte elevated gene-1 (AEG-1) knockout (KO) bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDM)

AEG-1 is overexpressed in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and positively regulates inflammation and development and progression of HCC. An AEG-1KO mouse was generated to understand the function of AEG-1 in inflammatory processes in HCC. Overall design: BMDMs were isolated from WT and AEG-1KO mice for RNA extraction and RNA-sequencing.
