PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECOLOGICAL TOURISM IN THE CONTEXT OF A GREEN ECONOMY

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations, economic significance, and prospective directions for the development of ecological tourism within the framework of the green economy concept. The role of ecological tourism in ensuring the rational use of natural resources, environmental protection, and regional economic growth is scientifically substantiated. During the research, the factors of sustainable development of ecological tourism were examined, including attracting green investments, improving ecological infrastructure, increasing local employment, and strengthening institutional mechanisms of state policy. Furthermore, effective models for developing ecological tourism were evaluated based on international experience. The research findings indicate that in the context of a green economy, the development of ecological tourism is one of the key strategic directions for diversifying the national economy, strengthening environmental security, and ensuring long-term sustainable growth.
