The measurement data for a solid body rotation of an immobilized Europium(III) nanoparticle sample for the measurement of vorticity is provided with the following HDF containers:
fundamentalAniHorizontal: Measurement of anisotropy without rotation and horizontal excitation polarization. Is used for the computation of the G-factor
fundamentalAniHorizontal1000rpm: Measurement of anisotropy without a motor frequency of 1000rpm and horizontal excitation polarization. Is used for the computation of the G-factor
fundamentalAniVertical: Measurement of anisotropy without rotation and vertical excitation polarization
solidbodyrotation: Consecutive measurements of the anisotropy with vertical excitation polarization at different motor frequencies
The HDF containers have the following datasets:
background: containing images without any illumination
images: images with excitation
logs: logfile of the experiment
