Genome-wide micro RNA analysis of Mouse Embryonic Fibroblasts from HMGA1P7 transgenic animals

Analysis of the micro-RNA enriched transcriptome fractions of a MEF cell model transgenic for HMGA1P7 with the aim of establishing the effect of the expression of this transgene on the cellular transcriptional levels. HMGA1P7 is a pseudogene transcribed in a non-coding RNA.
