资源简介:
Parasitic nematodes of Raphidascarididae family are commonly found in acquatic organisms and, together with anisakids, are considered agents of anisakidosis, a fish-borne zoonosis causing gastrointestinal illness and/or allergic reactions in humans. Hysterothylacium aduncum has been rarely described in human disease, even if larvae and adults are widespread in fishes. The general goal of the study is to obtain the transcriptomic repertoire from entire larvae and from isolated esophageal/pharyngeal region, the organ putatively involved in host-tissue invasion and immune response. Data could be to transcriptomes of anisakids nematodes, to elucidate mechanisms underlie pathogenicity.
