RNA was isolated from log-phase planctonic cultures of B. cenocepacia J2315 containing pSCrhaB2 plasmid vectors with cloned sigma factor BCAL2462 (wild-type or missense mutation 51PS). The cultures were grown with or without the inducer of BCAL2462 expression (0.01 % L-rhamnose). RNA-Seq analysis was performed in order to evaluate the effect of BCAL2462 on host cell transcriptome.
