Actinostella flosculifera isolate:whole body Genome sequencing

The assembly Aflosc_v1, based on 40x Illumina NovaSeq data, was generated as part of the project Biology, ecology and systematics of Sea-anemones lato sensu (Anthozoa, Actiniaria and Ceriantharia) in Atlantic Ocean, funded by BIOTA/FAPESP (grant numbers 2022/09430-7, 2022/16193-1, and 2023/10683-0).The assembly process followed these steps: raw reads were trimmed using fastp v0.23.4; error correction was applied with the ErrorCorrectReads.pl script from ALLPATHS-LG v.52488; and exogenous DNA was filtered out using Kraken2. The mitochondrial genome was assembled with GetOrganelle v1.7.7.1. Finally, the genome was assembled using the RyanLabShortReadAssembly pipeline (https://github.com/josephryan/RyanLabShortReadAssembly).
