We regulated the gene expression of hoxc8 in a549 to search for emt-related genes by transcriptome sequencing. Overall design: Overexpression(HOXC8-FLAG) and knockdown(SH4) of HOXC8 were used to identify EMT-related genes in A549 cells. Both PCDH and PLV were empty vectors, which were overexpression and knockdown controls, respectively.
