Percentages shown are posterior median and 95% credible intervals. “Attack rate” was defined as the proportion of individuals who were infected at least once in that year. “Seroconverted” gives the percentage of individuals that seroconverted to the measured strain, with ranges showing 95% binomial confidence intervals. “Reinfected” gives the percentage of people that were infected more than once in a year.
