It consists of two files: 'chrinterlinksunsplit' (150M CIGAR) and 'chrinterlinkssplit' (non-150M CIGAR). The data reveals a global interchromosomal instability where the X-chromosome remains architecturally isolated (0 outgoing mates). This 'Black Swan' event was missed by standard clinical NF1-diagnostics or mislabelled as NF1."
