Atopic Dermatitis Skin Swabs - (+ some oral) - Used in host filter paper. This was used when writing the response to reviewers because they asked for more specific details on the methods. The prior upload (https://qiita.ucsd.edu/study/description/15443#) just has the three steps of M1 unlike this prep which has M1, M2, and M3 from the paper. The M1 prep in this study is identical to the fastp_hg38_t2t_pangenome prep in the other study except for the one sample difference. The AD_m1_Manuscript_Subset prep is the same as the M1 prep but without the oral samples. Fecal samples were originally from Qiita ID 13663
