Phage Cocktail Designed for Wastewater Bioremediation Has Limited Effect on Crustacean Filtrator Microbiome Diversity and Health

Specific life history parameters (growth rate, age and size at first reproduction, neonate number per female), and host-associated microbiome of three D. magna clones (B, D, and P) were analyzed during exposure to phage cocktail (mixture of four phages able to infect strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter sp. and Pseudomonas aeruginosa).The deposited photos were used to assess the body size of the studied animals at different periods of their life, to analyze the juvenile growth rate and the size of the first reproduction.The reports included the dates of commencement of reproduction and the number of neonates born in animals raised under various conditions (with and without a phage cocktail).
