These datasets are SCODA-processed public single-cell RNA-seq data from GEO, including GSE176078(breast cancer), GSE103322, GSE72056(Melanoma), GSE161529(breast cancer), GSE131907(non-small cell lung cancer), GSE155698(Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma), and GSE132465(Colorectal cancer). They were used to generate the results in the paper "<b>InferPloidy: Fast and accurate ploidy inference enables inter-tumoral biomarker discovery in single-cell RNA-seq datasets</b>".
