RNA of small RNA viruses (CCHFV, H1N1, Zika, VSV, WNV) was reverse transcribed, polyA cDNA was sequenced on Oxford Nanopore Sequencing (ONT) MinION device, reads were basecalled by Guppy 3.6 and viral reads were mapped to reference genomes. Detailed raw read and mapped read statistics are provided for further transcriptomics studies.
