<strong><em>Thoracolumbar spine triangulated meshes:</em></strong> 16807 stereolithography (stl) files (.stl extension) representing thoracolumbar spine unstructured (triangulated) models, including point coordinates and triangulated mesh connectivity IDs. These stl files are sampled by combining the first 5 shape modes of unstructured SSM tool (more details in section 5.1.3), in which each shape mode is discretized into 7 Standard Deviations (SD): -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3. Each stl file includes triangulated . 42 stl files representing patient-specific thoracolumbar spine unstructured (triangulated) meshes, including point coordinates and triangulated mesh connectivity IDs. These stl files are reconstructed using sterEOS software (IRCCS, Milan), thanks to non-operated bi-planar images (more details in section 5.1.1). Each stl file includes triangulated . An excel file (Descriptive_List.xlsx) reporting measured spinopelvic parameters for virtual cohort 16807 unstructured models, and 42 non-operated EOS patient-specific models. Spinopelvic parameters are [13]: PI, PT, SS, LL, LL-PI, GT, RPV, RLL, LDI, RSA, and TPA. GAP score [20] is further measured as a complementary assessment. Excel file has two sheets: sheet1 for virtual cohort, and sheet2 for EOS patient-specific models. Model ID in the excel file is correspondent to the model’s name in both virtual cohort and patient-specific EOS models.
