CBX2 regulates the tumor immune microenvironment of high grade serous carcinoma. Through genetic knockdown and overexpression, we discovered that CBX2 regulates immune regulated genes, promotes macrophage polarization, and phagocytosis. CRISPR/Cas9 was used to knockout CBX2 in OVCAR4 cells and two clonal populations were isolated. The gene expression profiles of OVCAR4 parental and a CBX2 knockout cell lines were compared using RNAseq with two replicates for each.
