Raw data underlying figures for the manuscript “Divergent Tissue and Circulatory Expression of miR-10a in Canine Hepatocellular Carcinoma: Comparative Insights from Human HCC”

This dataset contains the raw experimental and computational values used to generate the main figures, supplementary figures and supplementary tables in the manuscript. Each Excel sheet contains raw data corresponding to a specific part of a figure from the main text or supplementary materials, with sheet names labeled according to the relevant figure numbers for clarity.Two unedited raw western blot images representing the exosomal markers CD9 and TSG101 are also included. The file names are labeled according to the corresponding marker for clarity.
