Code and records for the paper "Misidentification of high-damping poles caused by relative damping tolerances in stabilization diagrams of operational modal analysis and its correction": identification and selection code, prespecified analysis plans with their lock records, verdict scripts and outputs, and the exploratory analyses reported in the appendices. The plans were locked locally and not registered on a third-party platform; the SHA-256 manifest fixes the content from the date of deposit.
