资源简介:
Publicly available data set for Stocking JB, Laforsch C, Sigl R, Reidenbach MA. 2018 The role of turbulent hydrodynamics and surface morphology on heat and mass transfer in corals. Journal of the Royal Society Interface. Contents:
1. Experimental Data:
a) Raw .mat data files from profiling Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter for each of the three coral species: Colpophyllia natans, Diploria labyrinthiformis, and Siderastrea siderea. Data acquired in situ at Panamanian coral reef field location.
b) Excel spreadsheet with raw measurements of roughness element height and spacing for Colpophyllia natans and Diploria labyrinthiformis.
2. Numerical Simulation Data:
a) Time-series data of Invariant Q results for all four morphologies under high Reynolds number unidirectional and oscillatory flows.
b) Reynolds shear stress data for all four morphologies under high Reynolds number oscillatory flow.
3.Code for Figures:
a) Matlab .m code files and .mat data files used to generate plots for manuscript.
