1. Data Collection: Collect data of high-tech enterprises via third-party platform software such as Qichacha.
2. Data Processing: Process the collected raw data by removing duplicate and missing records, and conduct data cleaning and classification.
3. Data Calculation and Comprehensive Evaluation: Evaluate enterprise information across four dimensions: enterprise scale, R&D capability, competitiveness, and growth potential.
- Enterprise scale: Scored based on three indicators:
1. Registered capital: 10 points for ≥50 million RMB, 8 points for ≥10 million RMB, 4 points for ≥5 million RMB, and 2 points for <5 million RMB;
2. Registration time: 10 points for ≥10 years, 6 points for ≥5 years, and 2 points for <5 years;
3. Number of employees: 10 points for ≥1000 employees, 8 points for ≥300 employees, 6 points for ≥20 employees, and 2 points for <20 employees;
The total score for enterprise scale is the sum of the scores of the three above indicators, with a maximum score of 30 points.
- R&D capability: Calculated as ∑ (number of various patents * corresponding weight). The weights of different patent types are subjectively determined, with a maximum total score of 40 points.
- Competitiveness: Calculated as ∑ (value of various indicators * corresponding weight). The weights are subjectively determined, with indicators including system certifications, national standards, industrial standards, group standards, enterprise standards, trademarks, and administrative penalties. The maximum total score is 20 points.
- Growth potential: Calculated as ∑ (value of various indicators * corresponding weight). The weights are subjectively determined, with indicators including bidding, chattel mortgage, and land purchase. The maximum total score is 10 points.
The final comprehensive evaluation score is the sum of the scores of the four dimensions above.
